At launch, all Pixel Fish clients are set up with Editor level access by default.
This access level provides full control over your content and media, which is perfect for clients and SEO partners looking to manage the website content effectively.
Things you can do with Editor Level Access:
- Add, remove or edit any text, images, icons and content on website pages or posts
- Upload images to the media library
- Edit the website footer
- Edit your website forms
- Add new pages or posts
- Delete pages or posts
- Set published pages or posts back to draft
- Edit the website menu
- Add or edit any Yoast SEO Meta data, including Focus Keywords, SEO titles, and Meta Descriptions.
If Administrator access is requested, we simply ask for the reason, following our best practices for security. Often, these requests involve tasks we're happy to assist with, such as:
- Uploading new plugins
- Adding custom code (such as tracking code)
Limiting the number of Administrator users is in our client's best interest, as Pixel Fish is responsible for the website's hosting, maintenance, security, and uptime.
